So for lunch today, Brant and I tried out a new, awesomely quick recipe today -- sorry, no photos this time, as the result was very quickly eaten. Basically, it's a fish burger with dill sauce. It was meant to be done with salmon, but we tried it with tuna instead, and it was quite pleasant.
Ingredients We Used:
For the patty:
- a can of tuna
- 3 green onions
- 1 egg
- 2 T of milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 C of bread crumbs
For the "sauce":
- 3 T mayo
- 1/3 C sour cream
- 3/4 tsp dill
Fry with oil to a nice brown. Now, this was shown straight, as-is, with a dollop of the sauce on top on a plate, but we enjoyed it on English muffins with melted pepper-jack cheese. If curious, may you enjoy.
